How do I drain the oil from the front and rear diffs on my 06 Honda Foreman 4x4.

Also, does anybody know how to turn off the oil change indicator light

thanks

there should be a drain plug on the very bottom of the diffs be careful they strip out easy, to turn off the light hold both big buttons down till light goes off.

Like he said dont overtighten the fill caps they break really easily... I found out the hard way.

The drain 10mm bolt plug is located on the very bottom center of the front diff. The rear drain plug is located on the inside of the bottom side of the rear diff. There is a round cutout hole in the skid plates for both front bottom and rear side to remove the drain plugs. It helps draining to remove the fill caps so not to create a vacuum air lock. Replace old gear lube with 75W-90 full synthetic its fantastic.

Capacity for refill? or is it a "fill till it runs out"?

The front you fill until it starts coming out of the big fill cap on top, the rear has a bolt on the left side toward the back you take out. Fill the rear until it comes out of that bolt hole, not the top of the fill hole. One quart is all you need, thats enough to fill both differentials. The front takes more than the back.
