Hello everyone and thanks in advance for any help. I've replaced the fuel and air filter and the spark plug. It idles fine and runs fine up to about 2500-3000 rpms where it falls on its face like its hitting a rev limiter. I'm at a loss and really need some help. Also did a compression test and a leak down test and both are good. Please help!!!

Battery cables clean and tight? Ive seen just a little loose (feels tight but you can move it) battery cable cause problems like this.
