2006 Foreman 500 4wd Air Filter?

I know I sound like a total newbie and as far as the air filter on my 2006 4wd Foreman 500 I am because I've always just had a buddy that works from home but has over 20 years experience working for dealerships do all my service on my Foreman.

He's suffering from a severely bruised foot and I hate to bother him.

My AGM battery I bought in 2014 for my Foreman died yesterday and I guess it lasted about 4 years longer than I expected it to. So anyway while I was replacing it I noticed the air cleaner box and popped the top off of it only to discover that the foam wrap that surrounds the air box (proper name?) was ripped and essentially useless.

What do I need to do about this? Obviously I need to buy another and is there a secondary filter as well or is this it?

Ebay? Amazon? The only place local will NOT likely have the parts I need and if so they'll be outrageously expensive.

Sorry for the newbie question here but I've been spoiled by my mechanic buddy and I didn't get an owner's manual with my Foreman.

UPDATE I found this on Amazon and it appears to be the correct filter. Does it look like the proper one?

Also I assume you need to put oil on it?

How and what kind of oil?

Great video and easy to understand. Do you know where to get the crankcase foam filter? I'm striking out when I look...
