xt 30 wiring help please

Where did you guys splice in for the switched power? for the switch on the bars and the wireless controller module? any pictures would help. Tried following the accesory plug wire and it goes to a simple green connection on the rightside under the gas tank alittle. one wire is green and the other is white. no power there. any suggestions. bike is 04 500 rubicon. xt 30 warn winch
