yes they have the same lug pattern but since its a RINCON you are looking at the rear wheels have the same offset as the front making it so that when you mount them on your foreman the rears will stick really far into the finder well and will rub bad if you can even get them on. if i where you i would try to find some cheap RUBICON wheels same lug pattern, and offset as the foreman but they are made out of aluminum instead of steel like the foreman.

i acually had some aftermarket grizzly wheels on my rubicon with 27" bi/tri claws on them and it never rubbed. the off set was a little more than the stock wheels but not too much. i would think you would be ok with the rincon wheels unless you got a 12" wide tire in the rear, you would be fine in the front though.
