the way that i do my wheelies on my foreman is i put it in first gear, then i hold the shifter up a little bit and rev it up, then i shift it up and give the bars a tug and it comes right up. will thismess anything up?
welp thats the way i've been doing it since i've had my bike and nothings broken yet, but i've started standing on the back rack and doing it that way.
Well, put your truck/car in Nuetral, give it gas and drop into gear. Do you think this is will do any damage to your vehicle? I realize the trannies are different but you get the idea.
Yea, I can't see it being good for the gears I usually do my wheelies in 2nd gear, lean up on the handle bars, punch the throttle and pull back in the same motion - seems to work fine
We do it a lot to break the change clutch free , but the TRX500 transmission has internal dogs which isn't as strong as the TRX450's external dog type transmission..
