I believe that you are talking about the winch contractor.. I have the Rincon and put in in the glove box... Most Foreman riders either put it in the glove box or most put it under the seat and seal the connections.. Your choice..
i put mine in the rear box. drilled a hole through it right above the battery. ran the wires straight to battery and along frame on right side to the winch. make sure to zip tie it to the frame the header pipe will melt the wires, i found that out the hard way.

Same here! I'm on my second box now. I seald mine up even more than the way it came. I drilled holes in the side of my tool box and sealed it up really good. I went wheeling sunday, creek riding and mud boging and even after power washing it was bone dry in the tool box.

How did you seal the rear box to keep it dry? Weatherstripping???

Thanks

the foreman should have a rubber seal around the door. make sure that you silicone any holes drilled in the rear box and you should be fine.

I used some silicone I picked up at wally world. I can still use my tool box for small stuff but don't want to over fill it. I use to put a tow rope in it but don't want to hurt any of the wires so I'm going to have to get something different for the rope. I will take some pics tomorrow if I remember.
