wheel spacers question

i looked at wheel spacers and it said 85.99. is that for all four or is that just for one?

Well, if you're talking about eBay, ask the seller.

From what I've seen, they are sold in pairs if they are CNCed from billet, and they are sold 8 at a time for the stand off type of spacer.

Enough for two wheels.
