Wheel Bearing Tech

Can someone do a tech article on wheel bearing replacement on the front and rear. If not I can try to do it when I swap mine out. It would be nice to have some pictures and suggestions along with part numbers for the bearings. Like I said if nobody wants to tackle this I will try to do the front, not sure I need the back ones yet.

You may want to ask your dealer but I know on a rancher and a 300 you can buy what they call a loaded knuckle that has all the bearings and seals in it cheaper than buying the parts.

somebody post a link where you can buy that gem.....i would take an extra one with me out too the woods
At my dealer it was $60 for the bearing and seals, the loaded knuckle was $75 but it also came with the lower ball joint.
ya it is cheaper to buy the full knuckle assembly cuz i think the local shop told me that u had to have the new bearings and seals
i had to replace both front bearings and i just bought the full assembly...

dang, i would hate to try to change a knuckle outside of garage. its a lot of work.
I think the hardest part was getting the old race and all the old bearing parts out of the knuckle, a couple of whacks with a 3lb sledge and a ball joint seporator thingy and the knuckle came right out for me.
anyone have pictures of the process..........
