That would be nice too.
rincin with the rubicon tranny
LOW RANGE ON THE RINCON
Rincon engine in a Foreman 500 frame and S or ES trans.A ft locking diff would be nice, but that's Honda's way of not breaking axles...
I'd really just like to see Big H take over as the leader of the industry again. The last few years, they haven't done much to shake up the ATV world except for the 450R. The Rincon was the last utility offering, and it has remained unchanged until probably this year. They haven't announced the 2006 Rincon yet, so it's a pretty safe bet that there is some kind of changes coming. Right now, Honda and Yamaha are tied for last place as far as innovation. Yamaha has nothing for 2006. Even Bombardier is ahead of Honda at this point with their new 800. The King Quad has all the features that everyone has been asking for all on one machine. If Honda lets me down again this year, I'm probably gonna be switching teams. Come on Honda...get your head out of your butt!!!
I would like for them to offer pink fenders for all of us sassy girls in the four wheeler market!!!!
I would also like to see a flexing solid rear axle that works like a truck.
What i mean is it flexes side to side.
yeahwith some kind of 3 or 4 link setup and coils. That would be crazy. You know that would not be a terribly hard thing to do, you would just have to have some kind of driveshaft made that had a slip joint in it and maybe cv's on each end and then just use the rear axle tube and fab up some arms, mounting points, coil packs and shocks. Hmmm, I never thought of something like that good idea Railroader.
suspension

you mean i could sit up right when one side goes in a rut
engine

honda already has a v4 1000cc that they used on bikes, i drove one , it was a screamer.. had shaft drive too..
My title says that my honda has 26 hp.. must be at the crankshaft
When it comes to Honda's,they started the 4x4 atv industry.I personally believe they don't like to be like all the other high tech belt drive, IRS locking diffs,EFI and all other electronic goodies that Kawi's,Suzuki,Artic Cat,etc uses. Why change something that is so great and most important is reliable? They hold the best resale value out of all the big atv companies and this is because the reputation of a atv you can beat up every day and it still starts the next morning. In my opinion they want to keep all their atv's to stay basic and reliable and still hang with all the big cc atv's and keep their reputation of the leader's.I still want a Rincon engine in a 500 Foreman ES chasis with a solid diff with 4 wheel disc brakes. That would be a power house with direct shaft drive to have the Foreman torque, and eliminate the power robbing auto trans.Later guy's,load up time for p.m. ride...

Good point their JF450ES. I would prefer reliability over any
option out there. That is the main reason i got our Honda's.
My Polaris made a believer in Honda quality. I got sick & tired
of stuff goin' wrong with the Polaris & i could not ride it sometimes.
I have yet to have one single problem with my Honda & i bought
it in Oct. of 2002. It is an 03' model. Everytime i have wanted to
go ridin' it has been there & has not let me down.
Exactly how I feel, I had all the biggest polaris,Grizzly 660 and others. The more parts you add to be high tech, the more can go wrong. Those big cc bikes cut corners in strength of frames, control arms, etc to keep them at a close to 600 pound weight catagory for some foreign insurance reasons. They have twice the engine weight, double suspension and IRS weight, radiators and hoses with coolant and they weigh the same to almost a Foreman 500.Makes you think were the xtra weight goes,it goes into cheaper frames, thinner bumpers, thinner steel control arms and on and on.That's why they always break down...

That is very interesting. Good points JF45OES
Thanks Rob,I learned that all the hard and expensive way.How do you like the 27 Bi/Tri claws so far,I had one set and really liked them, everytime I bought a new bike they were on back order and I got Mudzilla's instead, the only real diff is the big weight difference in between them, the Zilla's weigh twice as much and ride rougher.Anyway good luck!!!

So far, nothing but praise for the Claws, they ride great, perform awesome, and measure big, not much more I can ask for.
They are a great all around tire, and really do well in the mud. Im impressed with them for sure, and still, I dont think I have read a negative remark yet about them.
IM surprised you dont see more of them on the trails.
At one time all 5 of our group all had them on diff bikes. After we all were on the same trail it looked like a road grader came through, very distinct track left by those tires, and anyone riding behind you is hating life, they throw a whirlpool of sand everywhere behind you.Good choice in tires, who did you get them through. They are a tough tire to find alot of the time.
HighLifter had them in stock luckily, had them here in a few days.
