Do you have an aftermarket exhaust?? If you don't, I don't see how you could be lean w/ just a snorkel. Is your plug white our black? You are running a DJ150 now??
what size jet to use
have 03 with 28 zillas, lift, snorkel, dynojet, gearless locker
seems to be running lean put the largest jet that came in the kit but i still think it is to small. Any suggestions.

Uni or Twin Air Filter...Keihin 152.
2" Snorkel and Uni....Keihin 155 + 1 washer
HMF Pipe and 2" Snorkel and Uni...Keihin 160 + 3 washer + K52(slow)
Factory Rincon Keihin 152 jet is .0586".
Measured Rincon Dyno Jets:
#152 = .059, #150 = .058, #148 = .058, #146 = .057, #144 = .056, #142 = .055, #140 = .0545, #138 = .054, #136 = .053, #134 = .052
