what other mods does he have? The 400 runs a factory 130 main jet just like the 450. With just the filter, he could just move the needle to get more fuel or go up one size on the main, a DJ 124 will be the next size up.

A friend of mine is putting a K&N and a jet kit on his 400. What size jet do yall suggest?

well i know he is plannin on gettin a supertrap pretty soon...but we messed with it this weekend and the DJ124 is whats in it right now...we changed the needle too...i think its on the groove #3..we're pretty much doin this blind...lol....
