What Headlight number for a 06 foreman

What size or number light would be for the top light,and what number or size for the bottom two,any help would be greatful,im looking to change them out to a hiper white kind of light

Sylstar 9145 is the whitest bulb in stock size that will fit that I know of, i have one in my 04 Foreman.
