What do you use to clean your wheels?

Hi... Just wondering what is the best thing to use to clean my Type 4 wheels with?
Am I correct in thinking that they have a clear coat on them?
Would something like turtle wax work? I read on it that it is safe for clear coats. Thanks again...

as you can tell.....i never have
Good ol' soap & water .
i use Super clean but the only bad thing is it takes the shine out of it but i repolish it
Soap and water or foam cleaner.
the wheels i had on my 450 before they got destrroyed i used soap and water then put windex on them like you would a window they shined good
I use good old soap and water and after they dry, I wipe them down with WD-40. Both alum. and steel wheels.

I use Formula 88 degreaser on my stock rims but if you have anything but stock rims avoid degreasers at all costs cause it will east up the finish. Did it on my truck rims Just stick with what these other fellas have said and use good old soap and water with some elbow grease if need be.
type 4s are a straight (female dog) to clean. the best thing to do is polish them with highlifters mirror coat polish. take a picture of your wheels and put it on here, their is highlifter dna wheels then you got itp type 4s wheels. they both look the same EXCEPT the dna's are clearcoated.
