The things you listed no with maybe the exception of the jet kit depending on how picky the guy doing the work is. Things like snorkles, hudge lifts, monster tires yeah. Some places are pickier than others, but for the most part what I said is the norm. You may get away with a small lift, some tires like mudlites, and a pipe at most places.
WARRANTY
I would like to know if a pipe, jet kit, air filter, winch, basically anything you could put on your bike that would possibly void the warranty.

If you want engine warranty you should put the orginal air filter on before going to the dealer ..
