Will a 3000# Venom winch fit with a AP bash plate on a 04 Honda Rubicon?

Called AP but the guy was not sure if it would or wouldn't......Only garanteed that a warn or ramsey would fit.

Also does anyone have a AP bash plate and Kimpex front bumper? Curious if they will both fit on the bike together.
