valves shouldn't cause it run rough and back fire. you got something else going on. your valves will begin to chatter when it's time for adjustment, probably about time to have them done though.
valve adjustment ?
I have an 06 500 with 400 miles. I have noticed a slight loss of power and if im running fast it runs a little rough and occasionaly backfires. I did the first service myself but didnt check the valve clearence. Could that possibly be my problem? Has anyone else had problems like this?
