i looking to get a new utility with electric power steering and was wondering if you guys think the foreman should be good enough for towing, plowing and trail riding or is it worth it to go with the bigger engine of the grizzly?price doesn't really matter, i just want something thats comfortable and will last.

I would go with the Foreman for what you intend to use it for.Great all-around machine and reliable.Get the foot-shifted model:Foreman 500 S
Grizz is going to have a way better ride, a lot more power and Yammer's are pretty tough. Fuel injected, diff lock, four wheel disc brakes.

Honda is going to ride pretty rough. Very stable, climbs like a mountain goat, and tougher than nails. Best utility machine I have ever had, and I have had quite a few. Rear brakes really suck but beyond this they are a bullet proof machine. Foreman's are utility first, play second.
hondas only kicks in when really needed, the grizz is full time.
Mays Quad magazine did a reveiw of the foreman and a comp of the grizs uint.
