Yep, tapping the front brakes will cause the tire that is not spinning to begin to spin again. This is the same case with trucks by pulling the emergency brake quickly and letting it go to cause a rear tire to start grabbing again: if you don't have a locker in the rear that is.

Someone told me the new front differential in the new 500 Foreman pushes power from the wheel that slips to the wheel with grip.
