:rantJust a little rant for the day guys, Over the last 1 1/2 Sabine atv has had to go up on their price for admission. Recently we all were grabbing a burger down the road and brick (the owner) came in. After some talking, he was telling us his stand point and reasoning behind him raising the prices. Simply most of the land of the park is leased, part of the lease is for him to MAINTAIN the main trails (to the river,beaver pond). He has to pay a 3rd party to come in on weekdays and pick up BEER CANS that morons cant seem to throw in the bed of their sxs till the next trail trash can.Also most of the parks owners have to keep repeatedly pay for the adjacent land owners fences to be rebuilt because bikes cutting them to tresspass .The price of Admission started out at $15 for you and your bike all weekend, now its $25. This is to him having to more for deposits of the port-o-pots that people trash, to fix the showers people vandalise and to pay diesel for his graders to fill in holes on the main rodes that get turned into mud pits. He stated "I understand people get drunk and puddles turn to pits quick but really is the ripping down of shower heads neccessary?"

My main point is when you or your buddies do these kinda things you can bet eventually the admission price will go up. Have fun, meet some folks,see some ****:happy. But respect the park, mud ride where your supposed to not at the front office! :rant

thats a bummer. wages won't go up anytime soon neither.... that sux to pay to ride in an area. we just through the trees in the backyard around here and go where ever.

yeah we dont have to pay to ride here but we feel the effects of vandals as well, we have warming huts that we use and guys build them , and there free to use, they sit 10-12 people and theres wood stoves, and stuff, and they get tore down or burned down, bottles get broken everywheres, and theres a place around here thats a really nice huge patio built on the edge of a cliff looking over the water, we use to ride down there and drink on the deck and stuff hang out, even when i was younger, and just for fun a few months ago i went down there and its all tore down, the steps are all broken, they busted holes in the floor, its a f*ckin mess, why wouldnt they want to take care of it and use it every weekend like we did, why ruin it, it was a cool place to drink.

there is a few pay to ride parks around here but you gota wear a brain bucket and definatly no beer. but we have some places that we just ride to and it seems like more and more land owners are runing people off because of vandalisim. it sucks but i dont blame them when there is a creek full of beer cans.

i always keep my trunk empty it is the trash can.it will hold a case of crushed cans and empty plastic bottles go back in the cooler.a few people are going to ruin it for the rest of us.
