go to your honda dealership and pick up the next 3 sizes up jets over stock and start with 1 jet install it ..adjust the carb and run it for 5 miles. then pull the spark plug and see if its a nice brown . if not repeat untill you get it right .....stock jet is #158

if it was me i would do the main jet 1st and see how it runs .if it runs like crap from 0 to 1/4 throttle then drop the clip on the needle a knotch or too but if you drop the clip all the way down then your going to need 1 size bigger pilot jet .....the last one i did sucked ass and took me 3 + hours .......it may take you some time
