Correct tire pressure can be found on the sidewall of the tire. It will vary from tire to tire.

But isn't that just the maximum design pressure for the tire? Most tire manufacturers say to use the recommended pressure specs from your ATV Manufacturer.

I always go by the PSI rating on the tire. "Reccomended by the manufacterer" is too broad of a term. I wouldnt want to run the same amount of air in my 27s as I did in the factory 25s.

Just an FYI for you.

"At Maxxis we always suggest running the air pressure recommended by your vehicle’s manufacturer. The maximum air pressure listed on the sidewall of the tire is not necessarily the pressure you should use."

Spoken like a true off-roader!!

BTW, you are a good candidate for beadlocks!
I think that the pressure on the sidewall of the tire is max.
Ihave been riding it with 3 pounds but I was thinking what you do.
Thanks for your help.
Hopefully there will be more disgussions about this beacause I think that the right pressure means alot in both traction and a smooth ride.
