You seem to have all the luck. Hopefully this will get fixed under warranty again, and it will be done quickly.

Do you use D1, D2 or ESP primarily?

I searched on line to see if anyone else had the same problem with their trannies and didn't come up with anything, guess you just have really bad luck, or no one else wants to talk about it.

I want to say that i saw something about a rubi tranny breaking, and the dealer was going to replace the whole motor and trans because they had a brand new tech and he didn't have the experiance to do the tranny job. Can't remember where I saw it though. good luck. Hope it makes it for the MS ride.

already planned on taking his as back-up

wel i went there today and they told me they were working on it which is a plus. But the first thing he asked me is if has been in water i said no why he said the seat was wet underneath i said well i cleaned it with a pressure washer thats why. the he aslo said the fuse boxs was wet inside. he said they cant figure it out they thin it might be the ecm or a relay but i told him i heard the gears grinding. he said he will let me know if they firgure it out. So here we go them trying to blame me for it breaking but they just working on the **** tranny not even a month ago.

How do you walk in there and say it wasn't in water with a straight face? I would have just started to laugh if I saw you say that to them. Hopefully it will work out quickly.... and cheaply, for you.

ok well they think its the clutch they said the tires will turn when there off the ground. But i have to pay for that becasue that is wear and not covered under warranty. But ii hope they find something else. And they were like this thing hhas been in water over 17inch he said my seat weighs 55lbs. i am gonna tell them i got pissed when it broke and threw the seat in the lake lol. So i am also gonna mention that when they fixed it last time the water damage from then could have fed up the clutch'. but we will see tomorrow i will hear more.

Sh1t it is florida, tell them it is from the week and a half of rain we have had. Then dare them to call you a liar . There is no water in the oil or anything so how can they prove otherwise. Good luck with it, they have it all apart might as well go for the clutch kit.
