If you mostly ride trails go with the Rincon If its mud or work stick with the ForemanIMHO. If it's the reliablity of the Rincon that your questioning I would'nt worry about it, it's a Honda. A freind of mine in WV put 12000(I think im not exactly sure but I know it's way up there) miles on one of his with no problems. Good luck !
^^right on. If you trail ride go for it. If you want to work your atv than stick with Foreman or Ruby; simple as that. Good luck.
if your wanting more power i say look elsewhere than honda, sorry guys don't kill me but we all know its true
I'd stay with a Foreman S.
I was impressed with the Rincon that I rode,Power and ride were great.
I saw another Rincon with 26" tires at an ATV challenge and he had a tough time in the mud pit.The mud was up to the top of the tires and they weren't spinning. You could here the Rincon engine laboring really hard and he wasn't moving.

This post makes me want to go to the Kawasaki BF 650 or the 750 more and more over the Rincon in mud. I know I ride in mud 80% of the time. Sorry but this is what happens when your rear brakes brake 7 times in the 2 years that I have owned my 2005 Honda Foreman 500!
I agree, it'll be either a 750 brute, 650 cat, or 800/650 can-am for my next bike, i love this one but the insane power just aint there
My cousin has the 06 bf750 and its STRONG. He buddy rides the PoPo800 and again its Stout. my cuz has already had to have the engine apart for it blowing oil out of the overflow (could just be his luck..) and the PoPo well, its a PoPU... I think I'm gonna check out the KQ700 and the griz myself..
I got news for ya, I dont care what you have, if your mudding all the time it will break. Truegrit,Robb,Grizz,Myself...and many others on this board ride with all kinds of bikes. Screg has a BF 650, and we ride with other BF's also. THem damm things are broken WAY more than our Foremans are. My buddy had a BF 650 and could never get it to run right. THe V-twin is a great motor and does produce alot of power but once you put a pipe on it and then try to jet it...forget aobut it. try jetting both of the carbs and get it right is a needle in a haystack. He ended up buying the new 07 Rinny that is fuel injected and loves it! He put an HMF on it and a programmer and it spins 27" laws just fine. now if your in some soupy peanut buttter.yada, yada, yada mud of course your gonna get stuck. but you know what? my buddy mike with his BF650 with 28" laws will be stuck right beside him and so will all the foremans and everybody else..well exept maybe Grizz but htats a whole different story
I am convinced the next bike i get wil lbe the new Rinny, i drove it and love that bike. the throttle response is crazy with the EFI and it rides ultra nice. The only way i wont get one is if they redo the foreman with EFI and put IRS on it.

so bottom line i guess is go with the Rincon, its a georgous bike and dont worry about getting stuck, everybody gets stuck. the only difference is the bigger the bike, the worse it does get stuck!lol

ill be getting off my soap box now thank you

If my Foreman was able to get Disc Brakes then there's no way in **** I would sell it. But I have looked in to the disc brakes. You can get it on the Foreman 450 and the Rubicon but not the Foreman 500 and that sucks!!!

i have found that people just take there v-twins to the shop to get them jeted rather than trying to do it there self. i am hoping i will be satisfied with the power my brute has for a long time so i dont have to jet it and put a pipe on it for more power. after having it six months it still has insane power, rather like my honda having it just a month i was looking for more power.
we tried that, 2 different bikes at 3 different places hopefully the longer they are on the market the more familiar the mechanics will become with them and the easier it will be.

and trust me, once you hear a BF650 with an HMF....you will have to have one, its crazy sounding. forget about the power increase, it just sounds unbelievable That v-twin just growls
I'd love to have an 800 can-am no jetting, just tune the fuel injection for the pipe or whatever you add and go
Can't Am..................still just a ski-doo to me.

When you ride these different bikes you realize the quality of the Honda's. My Cat 650 V2 had the Kawi motor/tranny and it sucked. Tranny was so loud you couldn't hear yourself think. Engine braking sucked. Power was awesome though, almost wicked power.
still a 70mph+ utility from the factory, ski-doo or no, thats bad ace
Well, whatever blows your hair back............

I heard a bf 750 with a hmf and I could not stand up the rest of the day!!!
