Yep, I even have one on my 400EX for just that purpose... too bad I got stuck in a peanut butter hole my first trip with it and had to use it on myself

928GT ,

The winch just paid for itself when you had to use it. I've had to use my Warn 2.5 to unstick myself a couple of times trying to climb over thick patches of downed trees.. Hard to get traction when no wheels are touching the ground .
they also work to lift a blade up and down

Nope, they are correct....unless Honda and Ohtsu are wrong

That is funny thou, coming from a 4WD Utility I thought there were wrong at first also. It's a "2WD thing", rolling traction VS pulling traction
My son and I went out yesterday. He rode our 08 foreman and I was in the 02 Jeep Wrangle (both stock). I got stuck 2 times and My 14 year old pulled me out with the Foreman and a tow strap! We were in snow that was drifted. Forgot the camera would of loved to post those pics!

**** yea $#@* a yamaha
They can also be used on a Kawasuckee
I found once I got the winch, I wanted to test the winch, so I found places to get stuck. Sometimes it took multiple passes to get it good and soupy, before, I would get stuck.

The last time I went riding I had to pull an old Polaris 300 after he tried to follow me and no I did not get stuck where he did. LOL He wouldn't go where I got stuck.
I started this as a joke for my buddy who has a Yamaha... It's all in fun.. We all need a pull out of a mud hole now and then... No matter what brand you ride we are all brothers on the trail...
I'm always getting stuck. Wouldn't be without a winch, in fact I just purchased a Warn RT for a custom rear jobbie. I would go without a seat before I go without a winch.
Yeah if it was not for my winch my quad would not be in my garage. I have had to use it for myself 100 times!
