Where can you buy synthetic cable for a 3000# Gorilla winch? Is it really better than regular cable?

It is holding up great! And the best part is when you pull some out and you are in the water it floats, and doesn't sink to the bottom like wire! Not to mention I don't miss all those little paper cuts that the wire gives you!
