You went wrong when you tried to crank it rite back up. Dont try to crank it when the exhaust is under water, all it does is suck water in the engine.

its alive again!
i took the drain hose off and found about an inch of mud in there but it still wount run so while it was running with the drain hose off i pluged the hole with my finger then moved my finger away and wahla mud came running out of the bowl, got the hose and the bowl all cleaned out and it runs like new. now the drain hose is pluged and the to vents on top are ran up to the head light pod... thanks again for all your help.
