Took the back basket off getting a big padded seat made, cleaned sanded cleaned primed and rattle can the frame.

Padded seat made and installed, next vinyl wrap to be installed trying to decide which route to be continued…

I used grinder dremel and hand sand, I just took rust spots down to metal and sanded rest of painted frame enough to re paint. I should’ve gotten a little more in depth but it’s good for now

Looks good. I need to do the frame on my old 92 quadrunner. What type of sanding tool did you use to get in there?
