Hey, I just bought myself a new Foreman 520. I've had it about 3 months and after my first service I was getting a squeeling noise from the front end whenever I would hit a puddle. Now I'm getting the same noise when its dry. I cleaned all around the breaks, checked the boots for holes and tears but nothing. Only get it at speeds above 15 kms/hr. Any ideas what it could be? Its driving me nuts. Honda seems to think it's normal.

Maybe a stuck brake pad? A dry diff seal? Is your front diff full of oil?

Suggest lifting with all four wheels off the ground to pinpoint.

Don't let the dealer clowns talk you out of a problem. They are notoriously sloppy during riding season.
