I have an 01 450 foreman that sqeaks when you turn. It sounds like plastic on metal or rubber on metal. I don't ride much (800 miles in 6 years) and this has been doing this forever. It is driving me crazy!!! Please tell me, am I missing a grease zert or something. Thanks!

the shock mounts and a-arms bushings are what squeak on mine. I grease them pretty often, I know what you mean it will drive you insane. .

On my wifes 400 there is a nylon bushing near the top of the steering column under the pod that squeaks. You have to loosen the bolts in the U-shaped strap that holds it, work some kind of thin oil or silicone lubricant into it and work the steering back and forth until it quits sqeaking. Hers was so bad I also removed the bolts from the U-strap, shimmed one side with a washer to make more clearance and retightened it.
