im not tring to start a fight but belts are not as bad as you think. last weekend i was riding a water wheelie on my brute force and the water was over my back rack, never had a belt issue. that same weekend a person i was riding with on a grizzly got water in his belt because the water was too deep, i got in the creek to pull him up out of there(water wasnt too deep,it was just over the muffler). all we did was pull the drain on the belt cover and tiped it on its side so it would all drain out. after that no belt problems at all. i have no snorkels and i still never had any problems in water, my friend did but he went too deep for his snorkels. i just tring to show you that belts are not bad at all, the key to not having one slip is to have it tight and not wore out. sorry this is kind of off topic but i just want you people that always had a honda to understand. BTW, dont bother to fight with me because i will not answer you if you are wanting to fight about it.

Any bike out there is a POS when beat on and I know from experience. Get what you like and ride it till it breaks and then fix it again. .02 given!
amen man, every bike is gonna break. some auto bikes have to worry about belts smoking, and other auto bikes have to worry about dropping the tranny. but who cares what you ride, if you dont like what you ride then get another brand. as long as your out there having fun who cares.
