Looks nice. Post some pics once you paint and glue...nice Job!
thanks, will do
1.5" all the way (looks easier w/ 1.5" )? Is it running all right? Not jetting issues?

Looks good.
It seems to be alright, The only thing that worries me is that at idle it will slowly stall out, maybe 20 or 30 seconds, I turned it up a little bit and its ok now, do you think this will cause any problems? Other than that it seems to run fine through the rpm range.
Does putting a snorkle on starve it for air? Is there no way to pump air into it with a fan of some kind?

Do you mean that you turned your air/fuel screw or your idle screw?

Don't the snorkle cover the carb? Your adding a long skinny path for the air to get into the carb, this has to starve it for air.
I turned up the idle.
It can starve it for air a little but all you have to do is adjust the carb and you are good to go
Do i Adjust the idle or A/F Ratio and if its the mixture how. thanks
anyone?
In your case it sounds like all you needed to do was adjust the idle. If you notice any power loss or sputtering then you will need to adjust the carb.
I think air injection sounds cooler than "just crank up the idle".
