I was looking over my Foreman today to get an idea of what all I may need to look into re-routing or which vents to lengthen. I looked at the rear diff. vent tube, rear brake vent tube, front diff, and both front brake vent tubes. Where do these things end at? From the looks of it, they are somewhere up under the handlebars, but I can't find the ends. As far as I can tell, all of the vents already end higher up than the intake snorkle. Could ya help me out here?

Thanks guys. I don't think I'm gonna mess with that stuff yet. I'm not planning on taking it deeper than the stocker snorkle anyways for quite a while (or until I can find water that deep around here! ). It's a shame. I live about 5 road miles away from the Flint River. All dirtroads to get there mind you, and it's a WMA blocked off to ATV use. It didn't used to be, but they closed it around '99 because of a lot of problems. Sucks....

Now that I think about it, I may go with a "trail" snorkle (shorty snorkle) about handlebar height. Isn't there a way to adjust your carb so you get a little more fuel for your air mixture? I'm new to this, sorry for the questions.

To prevent from having to get a whole new set of jets, and spend another $55, could I do something to the snorkle to make the airflow a little more restrictive? I just wasn't wanting to go through the jet kit process util i could afford a new filter and HMF to go with it.

Robb, I figured out his avatar. Maybe this will help lol. It's him I'm guessing sloshing through some black water on a yellow Foreman and all you can see is the front fender and part of his knee.

Rubicon, is what I'm looking for in this picture? If so, could you circle it or something?

Thanks!

I agree about the clean thing! You should see my Bayou. I never detailed it after I handed it down to my mom, there's places you can't see the black metal for mud, lol.

I think I'm going to stick to water for a while on my Foreman. Here's what I was doing today...

Today's Ride

Man do I need some good tires.
