what was the cause for it to be rebuilt, was it sunk, what color is the smoke? the more info we have the better we can explain or help you with your problem

The foreman's are tuff bikes, but when you sink them it just a matter of time before you start having serious problems. some have good luck with just a flush or two, but most don't. for it to be done corectly the motor needs to be pulled and the case's have to be split and everything cleaned and flushed out including the cooler.
