my 200 honda 450 is smoking when you give it allitle gas but once it warms up it seems to run fine. What do yall think could be the cause of this?

P.S. it got sank about a month ago. and the oil was changed 7 times

i cant reallly tell it looks more white but when i out my hand around 2 inches from the pipe my hand will get black
