I have a 99 Foreman 450ES...
My sons were on it a month ago and it got stuck up in 4th gear and would not downshift. I was able to put a wrench on the gear shaft and help to shift with the ES assembly, but it seemed to not want to go fully into gears until I finally got it into nuetral and then would go into 1st and would not go into nuetral on its own, but get stuck in between gears.
I read that a battery charge problem could cause some problems, so I will connect my charger up.
I wanted to get some more ideas as well. I will update if charge is low.
