i just bought a 03 foreman for a great deal. but it has a ton of scratches is there any way to fix this?

Depending on how deep the scratches are , you might be able to get rid of them with some Mothers or Blue Magic plactic polish.

just buy new plastics there only aroun 200 for the full color plastics not the black fenders

You could do that but a $5.00 bottle of polish is a lot cheaper to try first .
New plastic will be scratched in no time after riding awhile .
