why are you jetting your bike? I dont see anything in your sig. that requires you to rejet. Are you runing a aftermaket exhaust?
Running Rough
I installed my jet kit with no problems but now my bike seems to want to stall now. I turned the idle screw back out to 3 turns. The kit suggested 2.5 but it smelled like it was running hot. I pinched the small o ring on the choke plunger when I re installed it. Would this maybe causing it to run a bit rough? It chugs and tries to stall out. Almost like the choke is sticking or something. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I just wanted to get a little more power out of my bike from adding a Dynojet jet kit and a K&N air filter. Do you need to have an aftermarket exhaust to put a jet kit in? I was thinking about getting one for it, but for now I just have the stock exhaust.
You need more air to go along with the extra gas from the bigger jet. Stock exhaust limits the amount of air that can flow thru your engine.
