I have a 680 Rincon and when you squeeze the rear brakes while moving whether bike is running or not it makes like a grinding noise like teeth are slipping and you can see the rear axel stopped by the brake but you see the axel jerking. Has anyone else experienced this this problem as well.

I have a long, steep driveway and my '07 does that too on the ride downhill if I use the rear brake.

It doesn't matter if it's in gear or not and it sounds like the noise is coming from the transmission. It runs and shifts fine otherwise. Oil level is fine too.

Did you ever fix this issue?
