I have a '06 Rancher 350 4x4 and I bought some new take-off rims and tires from a '07 Rincon to put on it to have 12" rims all around + a bit more ground clearance. (25" tires instead of the stock 24"s)

My question is this...what is the difference in backspacing on the rear wheels? I know it is different, but I don't know by how much. I won't have the rims until tomorrow to know for sure.

I currently have 2" spacers on each Rancher wheel, but if I'm not mistaken, the Rinny has a 4" backspacing on the rear.

The largest spacers I've seen is 2.5" per side for a total of 5". If I need more than that to make them match the front, I may have to have them custom machined.

If no one knows, I'll be able to post up in a day or two after measuring when I recieve the rims.

Yeah, I thought about that. I'll do it that way temporarily if I have to.

I'm thinking that the 2" spacers with the Rincon rims will probably put me at almost stock with the OEM setup, but I want them to be sticking out the same as the front.

I'll just have to measure the backspacing on each. The difference between the two rims + 2" will equal the front spacing.

I'll either have to have custom spacers made for the back, or take the spacers out of the front to even things up.

the way i said fits perfect on a rancher. no spacers, no problems just bolt them on and go.
You know what? You are exactly right!

I thought they might look goofy flipped around like that, but they look great! I just got 'em today and they make a big difference in appearance.

I would have needed a 5.25" spacer (no one makes this) to put it on the "right" way.

Rancher backspacing = 2.5"
Rincon backspacing = 5.75"

I'm running 2" spacers all around, so I would have needed the difference (3.25") + 2" for 5.25" to match the front. I left the 2" spacers all around, flipped the rears, and they are only sticking maybe .75" out past the fronts. It looks very nice and didn't cost anything extra. I like that part the best!
