Reverse spit and sputter with no power

When I try to go in reverse it just spits and sputters and goes really slow. I pulled the code and I got 10 blinks. I already replaced a sensor below the heat shield on the left side of the motor and that didn’t help. Please help. TIA

Make sure right hand brake safety switch is push forward open position. This was on a 500.
