I have a 2021 rubicon , only has 10 miles. If I press the up arrow button it will shift from neutral to drive. If I press the down arrow it will shift from drive to neutral. But if I press the down arrow button from neutral, nothing happens, iit won't go into reverse. Any idea what is going on? I'd hate to take it to a shop if it's something extremely easy and obvious that I can fix . Thanks!

Don't you have the - RED - electronic reverse shift button up on the left side that you have to push down on first ?
