i doubt you are hitting the rev limiter, my gess is your jetting is not just right. you may have to get a different jet. unless you are really hammering on the throtle you shouldnt be hitting the limiter.

Ok I just installed a hmf muffler and my foreman ran great but today i put a uni filter on it and the 170jet that came with the hmf and now at full throttle in low gear its missing a bit. Could it be hitting a rev limiter if it has one. Thanks
