The clutch update is an update, not a recall. There is a difference. The flat rate time on the procedure is 2.7 hours.

He doesn't, he says recall, which it is not. I was pointing out that its an update, not a recall which he called it.
yea ,i took my 28" and lift kit off ,but i had them install th epi clutch kit . they charged me like $15 i called 3 dealerships and 2 out of the 3 was about the same .
Just got my 05 Foreman 500 back tonight from the dealership for the clutch replacement update. I called them today and they said it was done 3 weeks ago. They said they called and left a message, I never got it. The only thing I can tell different from having the clutch work done is that the shifting fells a little smoother do to the fact that they had to adjust the clutch after assembly. I am glad to have it home, was feeling lonely without it.
This is the first I have heard of this..

Whats the Deal?

I have not gotten anything in the mail. Does this apply to all the 500 Models?
I think it only applies to certain serial and or model numbers. The ones made later in 05 until now have already had the problem fixed. A few of the other guys on here now a lot more about it.
Well I finally made an appointment to get both procedures done in a couple weeks. I'm only about a year late.
Both? Whats the other one?
Tie rod ends and clutch plate. The tie-rod ends were recalled early last year, yours should have been replaced in the factory, sice it is a lot newr than mine.
Yeah they told me mine was all done!
