Need some help

I took the drain bolt off and no water came out. Then I took off the right rear wheel and took apart the brakes and all this water and mud came out. After I cleaned all the parts and put it all back togethere again. NOW I have no rear brakes.

This is all after this past weekend riding on in PA.
Check this out

Is your brake lever have slack in it, it might need to be adjusted. I haven't had back breaks for a while but the fronts still work good.
Try ajusting them before you worry to much.
How do you check for garbage in the rear drum without takin'
it all apart? I take my fronts apart reguarly, but i've never done
anything but adjust the rears.

Alside from openning the drain, you have can only get to it by taking it apart. You might try spraying some brake cleaner into the drain to see if anything alse comes out.
