Outer axle seal. If you jack the bike up off the ground,check for play by moving the wheel up and down,the bearing might be shot too.
Rear Axle Leak
My rear axle is leaking gear oil on to my wheel. What seal do you guys think is the problem.

go to www.hondapartsworld.com and look under atv microfiches and pull up the rear differential...i think you may be looking for part #29 an oil seal...just a guess
