They have posted a "tentative date" for the Rabbit Run of May 13th! That's a lot later than last year, I sure hope it's not dusty then!

Well my cruise is on may 13th so looks like me and my dad wont make it. you guys have fun while im soaking up the sun on my cruise and getting wasted also picking up scaggles.
I think your chances of picking up scaggles would be a lot greater at the Rabbit Run!!!
Sorry you will have to miss it, but at least your bike won't get torn up!

Im new to this.... what is the rabbit run and where is it? i live in sarasota/ charlotte county how far it it from here? i need to get a trailer!!!
It's in Samsula, about 3 hours from you. You can camp over night and it's worth the drive, UNLESS it's going to be dusty!
But during the day people just ride all around and there are some mud pits to play in, then around 7:30 they start the ride which is a 15 to 20 mile ride though the woods, there is usually some REAL nasty places to get through. But, if you are in a hurry, forget it. You have to be patient because there will be people stuck way ahead of you backing the line up. That's when you have to just hang out and have a beer or two. They also have a "Pumpkin Run" in October, which is the same thing. It costs $40 and you can get the entry online at www.apollomotorcycleclub.com I don't know if they've put the entry forms online yet.

Don't worry, you have plenty of time, the Rabbit Run is still six weeks away. Previous entrants will be mailed an entry, but we usually don't get them until about three weeks before the run. You'll have enough time.

You are still gonna need to register, so they have you name down--you know so you can get your T-Shirt and Sticker for your bike. I would just fill out the entry and instead of sending a check, enclose your voucher. Geez, takes a woman to figure everything out!

Well, pray for rain cuz today Shane ran into a guy that rides out there year round and he said it is DUSTY, bad!
I know a couple of years ago at a Rabbit Run it was SUPER dusty and I swore I wouldn't go again if it was like that, but my dumb ass will probably be there anyway! Bring yourself some of those white paper masks like you can get at Lowes cuz you will need them!
