I could have fun hanging out with the bums underneath the interstate as long as I had a cooler full of beer. So needless to say, I ALWAYS have a good time.

But yes, their is a lot of things they could change to make the p-run better. And daaayum their was a lot of ants!!!
The only problem that I saw was the hondaforeman group kept getting split up. Other than that the shower was great, the food made by own personal chef was great, the beer was cold, and the group was fun!! Sorry you did not catch up with us!
One word: GOGGLES.

Yeah, wish everyone could have stayed together more, but then again I kinda enjoyed my 45 minute nap on my Rancher under the stars.
Riding at night was a blast!

Guess there are some downsides to the event, but the laughs and ride were well worth it to me. Thanks for a fun time guys!
thanks for seeing where im coming from. **** ants
i dont really drink, so i guess the would make some things more fun during the day and nite.
but to be fair any day riding Quads is better than workin. right?
It was a good time but i do wish that there was somwhere to wash off and the fact that it was so dry really sucked
Well from what I've read the trail seemed BAD!! Glad I left when I did..
Well i'm up here in South Carolina right now, weather is really nice 65 degrees outside Yall have fun now ya hear
yeah, the trail was lame, but all in all it was good times!! I always say I'm just going for the day stuff and the fun, but always get roped into riding the run!! Next time I'm hiding out in the camper!
Well, we had fun as always. Just getting together and hanging out with everyone is good. The trail traffic wasn't too bad.....I've seen it worse. Besides, that's just a good reason to have a beer!
If you haven't been before when it's really wet....like the P.Run after the hurricanes, then you don't know bumper to bumper.....a lot of people ride bikes that couldn't get thru a mud puddle and they get stuck and REALLY jam up the trail. I've been to several runs there but I remember two of them that were SUPER muddy and we bailed out at 2 A.M. with NINE miles still to go! So, careful what you wish for!!!
We had fun............nice to get to hang with everyone. The trail was really dry and there were a lot of bikes but once you got going it was OK. I'm sorry we lost a lot from our group also.
all i know is if we had the same 20 or so people out in SE we would have probably had more fun.(except for the trailer ride of course, that was almost the highlight of the afternoon) its not the event....its the friends your with

i myself will probably not be going back, just not my type of riding, especially for the money. If they took about half that caming area and held a true "mudfest" during the day and then opened the trail that night....now that would be worth 40 bucks plus 5 to park.
AMEN brother
I always look at the ride is secondary to just hanging out. "Organized" events during the day would help a lot. The trail wasn't bad I have been to worse. I liked they added some deep water for a change. It is hard for a group our size to stay together and make it through the trail at a decent pace. Ecspecially when you get behind people who ride they just picked up their first ATV on the way to the P-run.

Next time 2 way radios and a couple advarks.

I had a good time overall, it is a lot of $$ to spend most of your day waitng for the ride, but I'd do it again.

My only question is, if they only let bikes in that are registered in the run, why do they charge a gate fee? 98% of the vehicles that come in were pulling ATVs. Obvioulsy they are entered in the event and paid their $40 to do so. Why do we need to pay another 12.5% to bring the tow vehicle in?

Sorry for the long question, I had to stop to scratch an ant bite....

There you go again, did you have something to drink?? lol just kidding man! I have to agree with you on that one though Mike.
Yeah, I agree about the gate fee. That should only be for vehicles without ATV's.

As far as "mudfest" type of set up during the day, I've been before when they had a much larger area for parking and several mud play holes during the day. It's only like it is now because of lack of rain and they had to MAKE the mudhole they had. Hopefully we will get our fair share of rain before the Rabbit Run and it will be fun.
I will be going again even if it is still dry. I had a blast and next time I will be more prepared for the day and night ride.

im talking about having a mud pit the size of L-cross...for 40 bucks a bike they need to sink a f-ing well! like they do at Okeechobee mudfest
I told Chris I wasn't going to drink at at these events anymore, trouble with my memory half way through the day. But if its as bad as you guys are saying I'm not going to be able to do it sober. Drink on I say.
