pumping out spark plug

i have read everything on i could find on pumping out the plug, but couldnt find any details. i sank my ride over the weekend and i pulled the plug and pulled the coil cranks till i think everything is out. the water is dirty, should i clean it out with gas or alcohol?

my oil was clean and fresh for the ride but i plan on changing it any way. can i use the starter button to push out water in the plug? also is there anything else i should do? i know i will definately use the dielectric grease on everything from now on.

thanks for your help guys

You shouldn't need to put anything down the spark plug hole. If the oil is still clean you are ok.
