PSI in ITP 589's

Just out of curiosity. How much air has someone put in there 589's? I have 27's and have about 8 psi in them right now. The max it says to go to on the tire is 7 psi, which gets your about 26-1/4 in height. I want all 27''s and i think around 12psi is where i would see that at. What would happen if i rode on these tires with 15 psi in them. I see that people with Mudzilla's and laws put up into the 20's.

The only advantage with to much psi is ground clearance!
and to float alot eaiser

Ya you guys are all right, does that make the steering feel loose or wondery on paved or gravel roads, like steer wonder is really what I mean at higher speeds???
I run about 15lbs in my front tires too, jus to help her float a little Seems to drive real well that way too.
Maybe I'll pump mine up some and try,On my oem tires I ran more than normal and on levee's it just felt loose and uncontrolable.Poss it may just be that tire design, huh???
I run 4 psi in my 26" itp 589's. but i want ride more than height.
